Aerosol Fire Suppression Systems characteristics
A. No harm to human body: the composition of fixed type aerosol
extinguishing agent is mainly N2, a small amount of CO2, metal salt
solid particles, etc., all of which are non-toxic substances.In
actual fire fighting, the process of fire aerosol spraying takes
only about 1 minute, and it only takes 2-3 minutes to complete the
fire fighting, which is harmless to human body.
B. High fire extinguishing efficiency and no secondary damage to
electrical appliances: the fire-extinguishing mechanism of s-type
fire-extinguishing aerosol is mainly heat absorption, cooling and
chemical suppression, so it has high fire extinguishing
efficiency.S-type aerosols are strontium (Sr) salt aerosols. The
decomposition products of strontium nitrate, the main oxidant, are
SrO, Sr(OH)2 and SrCO3. These three substances will not absorb
water in the air, so they will not form electrolyte liquid film
with electrical conductivity and corrosion, thus avoiding damage to

D. Saving weight and space: the aerosol fire extinguishing system
is greatly reduced in volume and weight due to its solid
atmospheric storage. Its weight is only 1/40 of the inert gas and
the space occupied is only 1/15 of it.
E. Environment-friendly: aerosol extinguishing agent does not
contain atmospheric ozone layer damaging substances, and its ODP
and GWP values are zero, making it an ideal substitute for halon at
present.
F. Easy installation and low maintenance cost: compared with other
gas installation, aerosol fire extinguishing system only requires a
few wires to be installed, so it is extremely convenient and easy
to install, which can save more than 1/3 of labor time. Due to the
lack of high-pressure vessels, valves and sprinklers, the
maintenance is extremely low.
